Dress

The World Yong Nian Tai Chi Federation does not enforce a strict dress code, but we do request that students wear loose fitting clothing, preferably a long sleeved shirt, loose pants and flat soled shoes. We also request that students not wear any attire that contains offensive material or may make other students uncomfortable

Etiquette

At the beginning and end of each tai chi class we request all students pay their respects to Great Grandmaster Fu Zhong Wen and Grandmaster Fu Sheng Yuan.
